Use of Site

The Continental Who's Who site and its affiliate websites contain or may contain information, text, photographs, designs, graphics, images, sound and video recordings, animation and other materials and effects (including logos) that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress or other intellectual or proprietary rights owned by Continental Who's Who Registry Inc., or other third parties (the "Content"). You acknowledge and agree that these rights belong to their respective owners and are protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed.

Payment

All membership fees and any payments related thereto including, without limitation, any membership upgrade fees are due and payable by you at the point of sale. All sales are final. You hereby acknowledge and agree that any other fees not collected at the point of sale that are due as a result of your membership including, without limitation, any deferred fees will be automatically charged by Continental Who's Who Registry Inc., the credit card number provided by you to Continental Who's Who Registry Inc., thirty days from the original point of sale date.

Online Conduct

Your use of the Continental Who's Who site and its affiliate websites are subject to applicable local, state, federal and International law. You agree not to use the Continental Who's Who site, its affiliate websites, or any of the Content for any illegal purpose, or to transmit to or through the Continental Who's Who site and its affiliate websites any illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful or other objectionable material of any kind, or to interfere with, abuse or otherwise violate the legal rights of any third party using the Continental Who's Who site and its affiliate websites.

Use of Content

Continental Who's Who Registry Inc., grants permission to access and view the Continental Who's Who site and its affiliate websites and to electronically copy and print in hard copy portions of the Continental Who's Who site and its affiliate websites for the sole purpose of submitting an order. Any other use of the Continental Who's Who site, its affiliate websites or the Content without permission of the applicable rights holder is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality

You acknowledge that the Information is confidential and proprietary to Continental Who's Who Registry Inc., and you agree: (i) not to reveal, report, publish, copy, disclose or transfer Information to any third party, without the prior written consent of Continental Who's Who Registry Inc.; (ii) not to use or copy the Information for any purpose except the Purpose; (iii) to hold the Information in strict confidence and to take all reasonable precautions to protect the Information.

Security

Under no circumstances will Continental Who's Who Registry Inc., or any of its affiliates sell, barter or give away your personally identifying information to a third party for any reason, including for marketing purposes. Nor will Continental Who's Who Registry Inc., or any of its affiliates ever disclose your personal address book to any party, for any reason. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Continental Who's Who Registry Inc., reserves the right to cooperate with local, state, and federal officials in any investigation relating to any purported illegal activity(ies) of any user.

Termination of Access

Continental Who's Who Registry Inc., shall have the right to terminate, limit or suspend your access to all or any part of the Site(s) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, for any conduct that Continental Who's Who Registry Inc., believes is in violation of the Terms or any applicable laws or is harmful to the interests of another user, any third party or the Website.
